• We ask for £100 deposit to secure your date and for the equipment protection to ensure everything is collected as its left.  This will be transferred back to you the day after hire  as long as there are no issues



• The hire price will need to be transferred 3 days before the event date. Payments can be made via Bank Transfer or PayPal.
  

• My Garden Cinema will contact you prior to your experience to finalise set up details,  It takes around 90 minutes to set up the experiences and around an hour to break them down. 

Once your My Garden Cinema experience is set-up, we show you how to operate the equipment.. Once you are happy with the cinema operation and set-up we leave you to press play.
